Capital: Unicomplex
Location: Unknown
Head of State: The Borg Queen
Government: Borg Collective
The United Federation of Planets remains in continuous open warfare against the efforts made by the Borg Collective. Their government cannot particularly be referred to as such, considering how they are ruled by their Borg Queen. Their main goal continues to be the assimilation of species to create their ‘perfect being.’ Any and all distress calls made from a vessel or planet under attack from the Borg will be responded to with urgency by Starfleet. It is a matter of priority that we halt the Borg’s continuing advance across the quadrants and protect new and vulnerable allies from assimilation.
Capital: Gre’thor
Location: Gre’thor
Head of State: Fek’Ihr/Molor
Government: Unknown
In Klingon mythology the Fek’Ihri are known to be the souls of soldiers who swore fealty to Molor, a tyrant who once ruled Qo’noS. Their true scientific origin begins 2000 years ago during the Dominion’s investigation of the quadrants: upon finding the Klingons they decided to use their genetic material to breed their new soldier caste. There is little information of the location of Gre’thor; we do not know it’s location in proximity to Qo’noS, the Beta Quadrant, or our own universe. What we do know is that the Fek’Ihri continue to wage war against the Klingon Empire for no reason other than revenge, and as part of the Khitomer Alliance we must do our part to help defend the Empire from this threat.
Capital: Rator III
Location: Beta Quadrant
Head of State: Empress Sela (Imprisoned)
Government: Romulan Star Empire
The Romulan Star Empire is a group that seemingly fell following the Hobus Supernova and the destruction of Romulus and Remus. Being replaced firstly by the Free State and then the Romulan Republic, it seemed as if the original structure of society had fallen. In the years after the Hobus Supernova it became known that Star Empire loyalists and Tal Shiar agents had begun to operate upon Rator III in an attempt to rally the Romulan and Reman people to their side once again. Since the legitimisation of the Romulan Republic, they have continually stagedattacks against those who are not loyal and do not submit. In 2415, this included a mass-assassination of senators on Mol'Rihan.
Capital: None
Location: Multiple Quadrants, Prime and Mirror Universes
Head of State: The Emperor
Government: Unknown
Encompassing rogue elements of the Krenim, the Na’kuhl, Terran Empire, Tuterian, and Vorgon, the Temporal Liberation Front is an alliance dedicated to using time travel to increase power and restore status. The Terran Empire is perhaps the most notorious threat of the group as they continually launch attacks into our own universe in an attempt to enslave citizens and steal resources. It has been suggested that it is the Terran Emperor - who has not been witnessed by any member of our own universe - who is pulling the strings in the Liberation Front. We are not to attempt to engage them in any time that is not our own or follow them to a different time-period as we do not want to risk changes to the timeline.
Capital: Devos II
Location: Alpha Quadrant
Head of State: Gul Madred
Government: True Way
The True Way is a movement beginning in 2372 following the Cardassian dissident movement and the changes in government and societal reform. The True Way are Cardassians who strive to return to the old military regime. They are seen as terrorists by the Cardassian Union, utilizing old military assets from the Dominion War. They are known to be opportunistic and have frequently tried to form alliances - even briefly - with other factions in order to further their efforts.
Capital: Unknown
Location: Delta Quadrant
Head of State: Minister Ilsthen
Government: Ministry of Elders
The Voth - an ancient civilization whose origins lie on the UFP’s planet of Earth - are a territorial and militaristic species. They are highly untrusting of other species and uphold their own ‘Doctrine’ at all times - questioning the contents of this is heresy. In 2409 the Voth discovered the Solanae Dyson Sphere and attempted to claim it as their own, and counter-resistance was offered by the Federation, Klingon Empire, and Romulan Republic. Conflict has continued ever since and while the Dyson Sphere remains in the possession of the Khitomer Alliance, the Voth continue to fight for ownership of it.
